Limited Workmanship Warranty
This local site is operated by Mailbox Repair Service LLC (“MRS”).
Effective Date: March 21, 2026

This Limited Workmanship Warranty applies to qualifying installation, repair, replacement, rebuild, or related workmanship performed directly by Mailbox Repair Service LLC through this local branded site and paid in full.

This warranty is limited to workmanship only and is subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations below.

1. What Is Covered

Workmanship Coverage (1 Year)
MRS warrants its workmanship for one (1) year from the date of substantial completion of the applicable work. If MRS determines that covered workmanship was defective, MRS’s sole obligation, at its option, will be to repair or re-perform the affected portion of the work.

Sole Remedy
Repair or re-performance is the sole and exclusive remedy under this Limited Workmanship Warranty. No cash refunds, credits, price reductions, or reimbursement for third-party work will be provided unless expressly agreed by MRS in writing.

Materials
Materials, products, components, hardware, mailbox units, inserts, finishes, paint, coatings, brick, stone, veneer, mortar, caps, plaques, posts, fasteners, and similar items are covered only to the extent of any applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty, if any. MRS does not provide a separate warranty on manufacturer-supplied materials unless expressly stated in writing.

Color / Finish / Match Variations
Exact matches in brick, stone, mortar, paint, texture, sheen, finish, aging, weathering, or patina are not guaranteed. Variations may occur due to age, exposure, dye lots, prior materials, site conditions, and product availability.

2. Exclusions

This Limited Workmanship Warranty does not cover any condition, damage, defect, failure, or loss caused in whole or in part by any of the following:

3. Conditions That Void Coverage

This Limited Workmanship Warranty is void if:

  1. the applicable invoice or balance has not been paid in full;

  2. any person or entity other than MRS performs repair, modification, adjustment, or removal before MRS has had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the issue;

  3. MRS is denied reasonable access to inspect, test, or perform warranty work;

  4. the customer fails to use reasonable care and maintenance; or

  5. the claimed issue results from an excluded cause listed above.

4. Customer Care and Maintenance Requirements

To help preserve the installation and reduce avoidable damage, the customer is responsible for reasonable care and maintenance, including:

Failure to use reasonable care and maintenance may reduce or void warranty coverage.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request warranty review, contact MRS within thirty (30) days after discovering the issue and within the applicable one-year workmanship period.

Email: support@mailboxrepairservice.com

MRS may request additional information and may require an on-site inspection before determining whether coverage applies. If MRS determines that the issue is covered, MRS will schedule repair or re-performance within a commercially reasonable time, subject to weather, access, material availability, and scheduling.

6. Safety Conditions

If you believe a condition may present a safety risk, avoid using the area and contact MRS promptly. MRS does not assume responsibility for injuries, property damage, or loss resulting from continued use of a known or suspected unsafe condition.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Nothing in this Limited Workmanship Warranty is intended to waive any rights that cannot legally be waived. Because warranty rules vary by jurisdiction, some limitations may not apply in every case.

8. USPS / HOA / Local Requirements

MRS is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with the United States Postal Service. USPS-controlled locks, arrow locks, master access, and certain mailbox approvals remain under USPS authority.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written scope of work, the customer remains responsible for confirming final placement, setbacks, height, mailbox type, HOA requirements, municipal requirements, and any other property or regulatory requirements applicable to the project. USPS guidance and approvals may apply to mailbox placement, curbside height/setback, wall-mounted changes, and certain cluster or centralized delivery equipment.

9. Third-Party / Provider-Performed Projects

If any project is performed by an independent contractor, subcontractor, referral partner, local provider, or other non-MRS party, that party’s own warranty terms, if any, will apply unless MRS expressly agrees otherwise in writing. MRS is not responsible for warranties offered by third parties unless specifically stated in a written agreement signed by MRS.

10. Transferability

This Limited Workmanship Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchasing customer and the original installation location.
